Shipping policy

Products in stock:

When products are available and in stock, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Pre-orders:

We may offer pre-orders on our website where we make early access available on certain products. When we do, the production lead time will be clearly indicated on the site and during the checkout process. Timeframes for delivery of these items will be clearly identified during your purchase.

eg. The product page will display a note such as "Production lead time: 4 weeks + delivery" on orders that are pre-sale items.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout for all orders.
All orders shipped with tracking by either Couriers Please, TNT, Team Global Express, Designer Transport and StarshipIt depending on availability and your location. 

Shipping times may vary between providers but we will provide tracking information for you to keep track of your order. The Monty floor bed is an oversize product and, as such, cannot be shipped by standard express shipping providers.
