At The Monty we are fully committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any issues or queries, please get in contact with us.
In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing fault or defect, we offer either a full money back guarantee or a replacement / parts replacement guarantee (at our discretion based on stock levels and availability of spares).
All The Monty products include a 1-year limited warranty. For warranty support, please email us at support@themonty.com.au or contact us via the form on our contact page.
This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than The Monty. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
Returns Policy
Change of mind returns, and non-defect returns, must be made within 60 days of your purchase. Please contact us first to have your return approved first and you will receive return instructions.
Our 60 Night Cash Back Satisfaction Guarantee
We are so confident that you will love The Monty floor bed that if you don't enjoy it, send it back and we will refund you in full, minus a return admin fee of just $95 (this charge applies for each separate floor bed being returned). We’ll simply pick up your order for return, or donate it to charity!
Your refund will be processed to the same payment method used for your purchase. We do not have the ability to refund in any other way.
Please keep the original boxes to avoid any potential extra costs (could be stored flat in the garage).
